2. Forecast Details
These consultations rely on ancient Vedic astrological principles and psychological interpretations provided by Jeevitha Meyyappan. As astrology is open to personal interpretations, AstroJeev.com, AstroJeev Inc, or Jeevitha Meyyappan does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy or interpretations that individuals may derive from these consultation reports. Consequently, these consultations do not hold any legal or contractual implications.
3. Handling of customer information
AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc commits to treating the customer’s profile and all associated data, including name, date, time, and place of birth, address, email, telephone number, etc., with utmost confidentiality. No information will be shared with anyone unless legally required by existing or future laws. The birth data will be exclusively utilized for the purpose of delivering consultation reports to the customers.
4. Mailing of forecasts
All astropsychology consultations are conducted through Zoom or phone. However, if you prefer to receive your natal horoscope report via email, you will receive the consultation reports once the payment is received in advance. The reports will be sent to the client’s provided email address. It is important to note that AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of emails to the subscriber.
5. Right to termination of service
AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc retains the authority to terminate any service and provide a refund without providing a specific reason. Additionally, it reserves the right to modify, change, or cease the service, with or without notifying the customers. In such cases, customers have the option to accept the revised terms or request a refund.
6. Obligations of customer
As a customer, I commit to maintaining the utmost confidentiality of these consultation reports and agree not to disclose this information to any third party. I hold AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc and its owners harmless and indemnify them against any claims or demands, including attorney’s fees. Furthermore, I agree that any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts exclusively.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
By ordering or utilizing these astrological consultations, the customer acknowledges that AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc or Astropsychologist Jeevitha Meyyappan shall not incur any contractual or legal liability. The use of these consultations is solely at the client’s own risk.
AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc or Astropsychologist Jeevitha Meyyappan explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether implied or contingent, for any losses or loss of profit incurred as a result of using these consultations. No notice or advice provided by any customer to AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc or Astropsychologist Jeevitha Meyyappan shall give rise to any liability whatsoever.
8. Meditation and Astropsychology workshops
By ordering, enrolling, or utilizing these workshops or courses, the customer acknowledges that AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc or Astropsychologist Jeevitha Meyyappan shall not incur any contractual or legal liability. The use of these workshops is solely at the client’s own risk.

9. Refund policy
AstroJeev.com or AstroJeev Inc or Astropsychologist Jeevitha Meyyappan is committed to adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in the Disclaimer, which the customer must refer to and thoroughly read. By doing so, it will be understood that the customer has agreed to comply with the provisions stated in the Disclaimer. Regardless of any conflicting laws, it should be noted that no refunds will be provided for any products or services purchased under any circumstances.
